Had some Items in my online shopping cart. Which showed in stock at my local store on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn. I decided to just drive over there. When I got there none of the items where in stock. A waste of time and gas. Sales associate was rude. The cashier look like she didn’t even wanna be there. Not a great experience!

Hazel is a wonderful asset to the Pelham Manor location. Keep up the good work Hazel.

What terrible customer service! The representative was rude and refused to assist when the link she sent me with a return label was broken-she told me try a different browser which I did-that didn't work either. When I asked to speak with a supervisor she became argumentative, did not want to and then just left me on perpetual hold. I am still on hold 30 mins later! I tried to find a way to contact customer service to put in a complaint (and get my return processed!) but clearly Michaels does not make that available to its customers. Thanks Michaels, I'll never purchase from you again!

Excellent visit to Brook Highland location. They had a wide variety of Seasonal Flowers and accessory picks to choose from. I always spend more than I plan to! Friendly staff and very clean store. I feel safe, visiting this location.

I use Michael’s for their matting & framing, which they do an excellent job in the Fort Lauderdale/ Pompano store. However, I have purchased all my seasonal flowers for over 15 years from Michael’s and the quality and quantity of the higher end flowers has very noticeably declined and the prices have really increased.
I am sure I am not the only one that has remarked how DIRTY the ladies room is every time I go in it!!!

Went into Deerfoot Meadows Calgary Michaels to have an old frame fitted with a new poster. Cass (the employee working at the framing area) was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with everything. Fitted the new poster perfectly in a few minutes. Excellent customer service all around.

I really like the store, you can fined a lot of thing you need there.

I shop at Michaels pretty often. On September 6 I stop there to see if there was a sale on Copic markers. they in deed were on sale from September 6-8. I purchased six markers. Since this location didn't have all the colors, I decided to visit another one. After I chose colors non my list, the employee took them from me and took them to the cashier. I felt that I wasn't trusted not to still them. I am an artist, not a criminal. Copic markers aren't the most expensive things at Michaels. If I am not trusted there, why would I shop there? On September 8 I went to the first store, close to my house. Same thing happened. I wasn't pleased a bit. This is not a way to treat costumers and potential costumers who may get the same service.

I like the selection at Michael’s the layout of the store and the associates are knowledgeable and helpful. Would like to see a store pop up in Southern York County.
Dream job: Being hired by Michael’s to test products & share experience with their customers.
